Start simple. You can always add more details later.
💡 Tip: Don't have receipts? No problem. Stuffolio works with whatever information you have. Start with a name and a few details about your product, and a photo (or no photo at all) — that's enough.
Stuffolio organizes items by where they are in their lifecycle:
Items being added. Capture basics now, details later.
Active inventory. Track warranties, locations, and notes.
Sold, donated, recycled, or trashed. Keep a clean history.
Set expiration dates and get reminders before they expire.
Link to online manuals or let AI find them for you.
AI-powered identification for antiques, collectibles, and "what is this thing?"
Export your inventory in PDF, CSV, or Excel format.
Record donations with values for tax deductions.
Optional sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
When you're ready to let something go:
Disposed items move to your Archive — you can still view them for reference, insurance claims, or tax documentation.
Your data stays on your device by default. Network features are all opt-in:
