Stuffolio is designed to be useful even when you don’t provide perfect data. This policy explains what information is collected (if any), how it’s used, and your choices.

Summary

Your inventory data is created by you (items, photos, notes, etc.).
AI features are optional and only used when you choose to run them.
We do not sell your personal information.

Information We Collect

Information you provide in the app

Item details you enter (names, categories, locations, notes, purchase info, warranty info, etc.).
Photos and attachments you add (e.g., item photos, receipts, manuals).

Support communications

If you contact support, we receive the information you send (such as your email address and message content).

AI Features (Optional)

Stuffolio may offer optional AI-assisted actions (for example: finding user manuals, parts, or how-to videos). These features are opt-in and run only when you tap an AI button in the app.

When you run an AI action, the app may send relevant item information you’ve selected (such as item name, brand, model number, or an image) to an AI service to generate results.
We recommend you avoid including sensitive personal information in item notes or images you plan to submit to AI actions.

How We Use Information

To provide core app functionality (inventory tracking, warranty reminders, donation/sell tracking, exports).
To respond to support requests.
To provide AI results when you explicitly request them.

Data Storage & Sync

Stuffolio may store your data on your device and may offer optional sync features (depending on platform settings and the app configuration). The specifics of storage/sync depend on the version of the app and features you enable.

Sharing

We share information only in these cases:

Service providers used to deliver features you request (e.g., AI providers when you run an AI action).
Legal requirements if we are required to comply with applicable law.

Data Retention

Your inventory data remains available in the app until you delete it.
Support messages are retained as needed to address your request and for basic recordkeeping.

Your Choices

You can choose not to use AI features.
You can delete items and content you’ve added within the app.
You can contact support to request help with privacy-related questions.

Children’s Privacy

Stuffolio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
